This is a raw (ungraded) 1899 Morgan Silver Dollar from New Orleans (represented by the O written on the cardboard sleeve). The acronym VAM written on the cardboard sleeve stands for Van Allen and Mallis, the names of the individuals who studied the Morgan Dollar dies and introduced minor variations of them.
