I found this in a frame that was donated to our non-profit -- it is 14" x 18" and was printed in a newspaper from the period. The newsprint writing on the back of the cartoon relates to the cartoon.
My copy is not as clean as this one, which I found online. It is slightly torn, oxidized, and stained from apparent moisture.
it looks as though the artists' name got cut off -- it's by Joseph Keppler
