Vintage Alexto Rucksack or backpack. Think this is from the 1950's but it could be older. My mountaineering friend gave it to me. Rucksack is made from Canvas, wood, steel polls and leather straps. Size of frame is 25x15x6.
The rucksack has two badges. One is a YHA lapel badge. The other badge says ''Ingenio et labore" Motto.'' By natural ability and hard luck" Badge is the University of Auckland New Zealand Logo. Needs some TLC.
