Chinese Carved Stone Grape Tree?

A friend brought me this the other day. it was pretty grubby, but it cleaned up pretty well. it seems to be in great condition. i'm not sure what it is made of, but the grapes look like moonstones and the leaves look like jade or jadeite or maybe green soapstone? Is this any good? does it have any value? it's kind of cool...
