Yes they are cast iron. They glass eyes look like very old glass, bubbles and uneven. I have not found any information about the f72 yet. Thank you all for your interest.

I was wrong, still looking for pattern. For a min., I thought this design was the same flowers, as what I called Mandarin.
Any marks on the bottom like, " china" in red
Do goldsmiths ever do pewter, if so I may have found the maker.

After work today I found the pattern name for a copeland spode wash basin, its " mandarin". +-1890 beautiful, I posted it. Spent some time on this.

I have the exact blue beehive vase, marked usa...been meaning to look it up. I have the top or a top, not sure it's a set.
