For basketball fans of a certain age, the Phoenix Suns will always be associated with guard Paul Westphal, who left the Boston Celtics to become one of the team’s on-court leaders from 1975 to 1980 (he returned again as a player in 1983, and coached the team for four years in the 1990s). Over the years, players such as Charles Barkley, Dan Majerle, and Grant Hill have also shined bright for the Suns.
