Pipe-related ceramic item. Trivet? I don't know the significance of 65 either. It reads "St. Pat's" on the back. I would appreciate any advice or feedback to help me identify it.

Thanks @Amber I've been trying to sort out "St. Pat's" hoping it would lead to more but it's all coming up Irish holidays no matter what terms I exclude.
