This ring of three round cut diamonds set in white gold was the last gift from my grandfather to my grandmother, she in turn gave it to me before her passing.

Aloha Agram.m, The only thing I can see in the band is 14K.
14K is the hallmark for 14ct. It could be a European hallmark. For example in my country it is still used.
