This look like an old pump liquor decanter,has glass bottle inside metal round container,top screw off top,appear to be copper,no mark or name,I would love some information

Fancy way of storing liquor, and they dispense x amount per pump. Great when making mixed drinks, as the liquor is pre-measured.

Without a manufacturers stamp, it's a needle in a haystack. You just need the tray & stand to make it complete. Great piece! =)
