Nice with the clear running through it not just over it.
      Japanese too :).

I'm actually a bit envious....I am trying to get more Japanese glass but preferably with labels so I can truly id the name. A lot of Japanese glass wasn't marked by the factory but had the names of import houses and distributors put on them so we will probably never know exactly where in Japan they came from.

Most of it was produced in the 60s and 70s but there is still glass being produced there today.

In fact Lise a lot of glass sold on the net as Murano is actually Japanese!
Some of it was truly excellent, some was woeful (as was a lot of other glass too). Yours is probably mid range and I think collectible as itself.
