Found in my Storage Unit

I found this clock in my storage unit when we were emptying it out. I know it was my mom's from a while back and she has been gone since 2006. It would have had to be prior to 2000 at least because that is when we moved here. I do not recall her having it before that but I think it was in the house we moved into in 1999. We ended up with a lot of stuff from that house when we moved in. SO, I know it is AT LEAST 15 years old. I am looking to find out who could have made it. There is NO label anywhere on the clock at all. I have searched for similar Mantel clocks but none are like this. I know it is not TOO old because it is Battery operated. If anyone knows the company or any information about this item please let me know.
