They tell me this is the real Hilda Clark item from the early 1900's. I'm not entirely sure but I bought it because I'm a coke addict and thought this would be a fine piece to add to my Coca-Cola collection.
Still, is there anyone out there who can add some more history as relates to this piece?

Mucho thanks to both TGBWC (for your noteworthy info which I will keep in mind for my future coke purchases - you certainly know your coke products!) and Blunderbuss2 for your kind comment. Yeah, I did pay a lot more than $25 bucks for this item (duh!) but as Blunderpuss2 puts it: looks good on my coca-cola display shelf.
