      Looking at the base it certainly looks like Lightolier although an uncommon shade on it.

      Great floor lamp!

      Thanks for your input, I appreciate any information I can get regarding this lamp. When I searched via google I only found one other with the same shade and tripod stand but it was a table lamp not a floor lamp. I am assuming from my difficulty in find more about this lamp that is might be rare.
