Sitting Indian Clay Statue copper head dress

My darling husband bought this at an estate sale in Chattanooga Tn a while back. What we have is a clay statue approximately 20 inches tall Seems to be made of Clay with some sort of veneer applied to surface. But the hand tooled Copper Head dress was really the single most striking assessory which really makes this item stand out. There are no marks under it or around it. If anybody has see anything like this I would love to know more about it or the artist that made it. Have a Blessed Day
