I picked up this Kitchen Queen in Washington State . Not real sure what year it is, but it has the original frosted glass, hardware. It is equipped with a flour sifter, pie safe, lower bread cooling racks and a fully enclosed tin drawer with a perforated sliding lid. It also has the original spice jars.

This is beyond cool! Does the front tray part slide in and out, or is it fixed? Was this like for a small pastry shop?

Yes, it is a Hoosier cabinet. The counter top slides out for extra counter space.
To my knowledge, these cabinets were used in kitchens before cupboards and cabinets were built into kichens . I was told this was built around 1920.
