I recently bought this quirky unglazed and unpainted figure of an old hunchbacked woman at a stile. There are no marks. I just wondered whether anyone could tell me anything about it?
    Thank you

I've been looking online and just came across a picture of Mother Shipton who looks similar to this figure although she is most often shown with a broom and a cape. Anyone else see any resemblance?
