Mom's Baskets 13

This Basket and lid stands about 12 inches tall and is about 12 inches wide. It has an interesting detail a couple of inches from the bottom where it is stitched all the way around with grass versus being another wrapped coil. The detail around the top of the basket and the outside of its lid is nicely finished with a tapering end. I don't know the origin, but we've had it for over thirty years.
