6 inches long. Clothes glued on. Legs, arms, and head made of some hard plastic that "clanks" (when you tap feet together). It had a Brownies or Girl Scout badge before Hurricane Katrina hit. That is now missing.

He looks like a Rheinische Gummi Schildkrot turtle mark celluloid boy doll made in Germany , He was not a Brownie they never wore skirts and hat is wrong , perhaps a Boy Scout but usually seen with Tan shirt,, I think he may have wore a jacket and nay have been neither but someone put there Brownie pic on him , Look at his back and on back of neck is there a turtle embossed ?
