Hand painted Plates with Horse & Riders

I've searched the Internet but cannot find anything out about these plates.
They are hand painted and I've had them about 40 years. My grandma gave them to me. They were in a box with the word Gumps on it but don't know where they came from.
Please if anyone recognizes them let me know.
