    I found this ..looks like an ashtray....in the home we bought over 17 years ago....I did some research and found out that a Jewish family lived in the home back in the 1800.
    I cannot find one of these anywhere so I do not know anyone info manufacturer etc..if you have seen one before and can help me with the history of it. ..thanks

      What does it say on the reverse side? The photo isn't clear enough, and when enlarged is still not readable. Thanks.

      Thanks for the added photo. From what I have seen on the web, this could date to the 1930s/1940s. There might have been a set of four at one time: King. Queen, Jack and The Joker. Not possible to track down the mark unless someone here recognizes it. Nothing comes up in an Image search.
