      To help identify your brooch, it would be good to have four photos of it, front back, clasp, and any marks or hallmarks, pls. :)

      Pretty! This looks to be mid-century, 1940s/1950s/1960s. Can't be more specific than that. The "plastic" is probably perspex/lucite. The type of clasp doesn't always make for an accurate dating of a piece of costume jewelry.
