    Found this at a garage sale. I think it is a tool of some sort. The dragon is hand carved from horn and is curved perfectly to fit in palm of hand for slicing. A fishing tool maybe for cutting ropes, nets, lines? The blade is one inch wide.

      looks like 1 of the old school pencil sharpeners to me too. but im highly doubting it. why would one build a hand carved horn pencil sharpener ?

      Thanks for all of your responses. At the cottage with sketchy Internet. You can see where the blade has been sharpened on an angle.
