Uncovered this in my grandmother's basement. All original fabric and fittings. Does anyone know what era? 30's maybe? No one left in the family knows where it came from and I don't know anything about furniture jargon so not sure how to start researching the history...any information would be greatly appreciated!

It's an old tufted velvet sofa with fringe. Little if any value. Sorry.

The furniture market crashed around the turn of this century. Same thing with plates and other once popular items.

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't really looking for market value - just would like to know approximately when it was made, name of style etc...
