Blue Refrigerator Pitcher

I believe a pitcher of this type came as a gift when a refrigerator was purchased. The first refrigerator my parents had was purchased in 1940.
(It was still working in the 1990's! Oh, for the good old days!)
Can anyone tell me the manufacturer or any other details? I don't see any markings.
