      It's a lovely piece of cloisonne. I don't know cloisonne well but it looks older to me because of the base shape, and with that repetitive pattern, Chinese.

      This is a piece with a signature seal from the Kuo cloisonne factory in Taiwan. Likely from 1970s to mid -80s.
