Vintage Punch Needle or sometimes called Latch Hook Rug or Wall Hanging measures 16 x 28" not including the fringe. There is some fraying on some of the fringe and a few pulled threads here and there but no stains or tears. It is vintage & handmade and was done on a burlap type fabric. Definitely a one of a kind piece straight out of the late 60s - 70s with verbiage that was acceptable at the time but in the 21st century would be considered too drug culture. Too bad the artist screwed up the peace symbol but the butterfly with four different colored wings and what looks like a flower tree are quite nice. I will add that the "L" in love is a mushroom and not something more suggestive.

Not the first time I've seen the peace symbol replaced by a Mercedes Benz logo.
