From what I have found Cascade was a short lived bottling company.
Found listings as Cascade Soda Co. in 1923, Cascade Soda Water Co. in 1924 & 25, & Cascade Soda Water & Cider Co. in 1923 & 25.
Located at 3006 Chouteau in 1923 and 4132 Folsom in 1924 & 25. President was a Nathan Ashner and Secretary was a William Tracy.
This is a quart size bottle with a nice fountain scene, may have been from Forest Park here in St. Louis. I did find a Mortgagee's Auction Sale for Cascade Soda & Cider Co. in 1925.
