I saved this set of tools from being tossed into the trash when helping to empty an apartment. Any ideas on what they're used for?

It looks like a hand bearing press. Quite possibly used on mountain bikes or similar items with smaller bearings.

My best guess is a gasket, and or leather hole punch set, but will you need to turn at least one of them over so we can see the other end.
