USS Kansas City belt buckle. Worn with older style utility (working) uniform. This style belt buckle was produced in the Philippine Islands. Many USN units who visited the P.I. purchased these belt buckles with their unit name and image. Some sailors also had their "specialty mark," (i.e. Boatswain's Mate) engraved/stamped on the buckle.
