    Pictured here along with my PILOT model 402 stapler [already shown a yr or so ago] for background, this is a now empty small cardboard box which once held 5K of the exact staples intended to be used in it. It is roughly 4-1/2" long, printed in blue over its white top and all 4 sides including text and graphics showing the PILOT #402 stapler as well as exact product/company info (all manufactured by ACE FASTENER CORPORATION of Chicago) and promotion for the ACE STAPLE REMOVER. [and yes, I know I have at least one of those around here someplace too waiting to be re-discovered one of these days... <lol>] The close eye might notice its original price of "1.00" handwritten at the lower RH corner of each end of the lid.
