A small. mirror aprox y. 2"x 2"depicting three horses pulling a cart contain g three people. Two of the are kissing.

I don’t think they would dance in a horse drawn wagon.
I see a young lady leaning forward with her right hand on the driver’s left shoulder, turning him as if to kiss him. He has the reins in his hands but the reins look slack.
The driver seems to have lost his focus on his job of controlling the horses since they are turning to the sides instead of pulling as a team side by side.

The other lady, maybe the chaperone, raising her arm, may be trying to control the young lady.

At any rate, I see a chaperone and a driver who have lost control of their charges because of a bold young lady kissing the driver.
