I am looking for information on this doll. I know she belonged to an old client of mine. My client would be about 80 years old now. All I found was a tag on the dress from Betsy Belle. Looks like maybe some stamp marking on her arm.
It might be a Rosy Doll 1940's, just a guess though, here's a google image search:

The face looks close but the yarn hair is different, I know there's Doll People on CW that can help you with this! Welcome to Collectors Weekly jBeavers916! :^)
