This is a nice owl themed gooseneck made by peerless electric, Pat. Pending...
I cannot find any info on this lamp, age or where it was made for how old?
    Any help would be appreciated.

It may have been meant to hang on the wall so the owl is peering downward, as in real life.
Check the bottom for some type hanger.

I was always told the bird is a goose, hence the name goose neck. If it is weighted on the bottom it is a desk lamp. I never knew Peerless to make a wall hung goose neck. I have several goose necks around here, one right next to me but never bothered wondering who made them. They are worth a few bucks if in good condition and all original. Mine have been rewired.

This is certainly an owl... cast iron base... I have not seen another... There is a hole between the feet to wall mount the light... This is still a mystery as far a history of this light! Thank for the info so far...

Does it look as if the “goose neck” part and the shade were added on to an owl wall ornament?

I'm most curious if its "decoration" to the base and neck appear to be original...guessing not quite frankly...? Still a cool old lamp, I have a few similar of my own... ;-) :-) :-)

I think it may be a “marriage” of parts and that’s why you can find no others.
