Found while walking in the desert . Its 12 in. in length. Unclear on anything else there appears to be no markings.

Possibly a Ka-Bar military knife.

Hard to be 100% sure from this picture but it does appear to be a USN MK2/USMC 1219c2 fighting knife, better known as a "Ka-Bar" like kwqd said above.
