I haven't been here for awhile & I've missed posting so here I am! I've had this brooch for about 10 years, given to me by a lady I worked with who knew I collected mermaids. I've googled & some think it's Hattie Carnegie, others one of the many reproductions. I tend to lean towards the latter, but I still think its a great summer brooch!
