    With some record breaking temperatures here in the UK over the past week bought back memories of the 1976 heat and drought crisis photos taken on the 8th August 1976 with a minolta Srt 101 camera, zoomed in views of standard 50mm lens to the 135mm telephoto lens, camera purchased second hand in July 1974 for £100, 135mm lens for £40 also on you tube as a slide show

      Thanks all for your interest, I was watching the lightning radar last night as storms crossing the English Channel into southern England but never reached us here in the Midlands cold dull and windy and only 15 degrees. Will do some more next weekend - - - - bye for now.
