Hello..Just On A Hunch, This Could Be A Painting By The German Artist Eduard Grutzner(1846-1925).
Well Known For Paintings Of Monks With A Glass Of Wine.
Though I Did Not See Yours Yet, I Did See A Couple With The Same Gentleman In Your Painting, Yet In Diffrent Posing.

Do you think this is a print?
Hi my picture arrived can’t make my mind up if print
It looks like the signature is E. Köller (with an umlaut over the o), and the partial words on the back look like they may say “Ein zufriedener…” or some variant thereof. My total wild guess is the rest might say “Ein zufriedener Mönch” (a satisfied monk) or something along those lines. Unfortunately I don’t know anything about the artist or painting, though the numbers may suggest this is a limited edition print. Hard to tell for sure from the photos though.
