I know he's not a god nor a goddess but he really fits in with all my Grecian goddess ladies! :)
The most recent visit to the charity shop brought up this lovely find, a very fine looking statue of Michelangelo's David- in ALL his glory! :P
I've always wanted a masculine statue to add to my lady collection and now, miraculously I have one, except when shown with the other three he's actually disappointingly small, I'd have liked him to be more on scale with them but oh well, for now what makes me laugh is how one of the ladies(Diana) seems to be staring down at him examining him and she doesn't seem to know what to make of him! XD
He's now part of my collection and for now my definite favorite, the other's are called Hebe, Venus and Diana ;)

Fabulous statue of David, a wonderful sculpture very detailed. The beautiful goddesses look quite protective of him as they watch over him. Great find Lauren!
