    I believe this is an authentic Shepard Hardware or J Stephens Uncle Sam bank. Anyone out there with knowledge in this area. I'm in metro NYC/

      I think metro NYC is king when it comes to souvenir items. The last time I went there I was collecting the little lighters that lit up when you opened the lid. I love this piece and I think maybe 1910 or so !~
