I always think that this fish looks very animated as if it’s going to leap at any moment. I love the colours and the form. Unsure of origin but I love it .

Classic Murano Fish. Has the Seguso look to it. Don't usually see these with a base like this one has. If it's not from the 40's, then 50's at the latest.

Hi Deano and thanks so much for the info. Understanding more about a piece makes it so much more enjoyable for me. I really appreciate the time taken to share your knowledge.

I love this treasure and the controlled bubbles as if he is swimming on and on. This one is definitely a treasure to see !~

You're very welcome. I can tell how much you care for your glass babies. Also, with a little research, you may be able to find the I.D. on the fish, which I believe to be vintage Archimede Seguso.

Hi PhilDMorris thanks for the encouraging comment I appreciate your observation.
Deano thanks so much for more info . This is the really exciting bit for me, finding out where something originated , who made it, what the prevailing climate in terms of culture was ie reflected in design. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to do that.
Thanks for the love from vinyl33rpm, kwqd,dav2no1, fortapache, BHIFOS, PhilDMorris much appreciated ..
