Hi everyone!!
I recently added this pair of cast iron servant frogs to my collection. They're both dressed like footmen, but they're carrying baskets on their backs, so I'm really not sure what occupation they're representing. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, I just really like these fellows and landed the pair for a fraction of what I've seen many of these sell for. I'm certain they're not vintage, but will be one day. They each measure 8 3/4" tall and weigh in at 4lbs 7oz. I also have two sets of these in the form of male and female rabbits. .

Thanks very much!! Some have referred to these as match holders, but the baskets are far too deep for matches and there is no striker plate.
