This fused glass pin dish is about 3.5" square and signed on the bottom. I cannot make out the signature but I believe that it is American made art glass.
Image 2 is viewing the signature from the top and Image 3 is how the signature looks from the bottom where it is signed. I am not sure how it was intended to be read. It would be, I think, pretty difficult to sign from the bottom, intending it to be read from the top, but it could be done... Any guesses on signature welcome, or if you know who the artist was...
It is, I think, a little too difficult a piece to have been made by an amateur artist.
The blue & green checkerboard design is beautiful, really love it
