I have the same item and was told by someone on here that it is a fantasy item made in the 80's but eveything I have put on here has had the same comments made. I love my collection, and I think the truck is pretty awesome

Thanks for the response! I don't think this item was made in the 80's because it is practically falling apart. The item is very heavy.
It really is an 80's piece, there is also another 80's cast iron piece of a horse-drawn wagon. There are no originals of these and they are not usually licensed by the Coca-Cola Co. that is why they are called fantasy pieces. Your friend's is listed in the Petretti's guide on page 618 and valued at about $5.
