This is a business card for the famous Negro Leagues pitcher Leroy "Satchel" Paige.
He is regarded by many as one of the greatest pitchers to ever play the game, but he spent most of his prime pitching years in the Negro Leagues.
He was a Major League "rookie" in 1948 at the age of 42 and went on to pitch 5 more seasons.
He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1971.
The back of his business card contains his "Rules for the Good Life".
