This old beaut. is a heavy, double sided,20 3/4"Hx 27 1/2" W, marked on bottom S.T .S. P. 2510, not sure if this signifies St. Thomas Signs? 1925? Can't even tell if it's porcelain, or heavy paint, very reflective lettering though.
