It looks like agate, either spider web agate or crazy lace agate.

I looked up both of those agate types and it doesnt look like any of the pictures I saw.

I have never seen an agate with this kind of a pattern. I'm not saying it could not be but if it is WOW! Is it maybe made of glass? Beautiful regardless thanks for sharing.
