Reese's Adjustable Brass Stencil Set

This is the original, brass lockedge stencil kit to make signs, etc. All the letters are brass, and this set has 2 fonts - Roman and Gothic. It has a brush that you use to apply the ink over the letters and onto the paper/wood/etc. I tried to use it and the ink is pretty dried out, but it still shows up on blank white paper (but appears fairly faded). The box is in great condition and the corners have a kind of metal binding. Anybody know the dates this set was made?
