The first time I ever saw this jug was in a book about Nanny Still and it appeared on a picture showing a table laid with pieces from Still, so I thought (and everybody does) that this design was one of hers. Well, it happens to be Okkolin's, another designer for the same factory. Gossipping goes that they were "copying"each other designs constantly... bad workmates!
Anyway, Okkolin proved to be a top designer himself and this jug is a good sample of it. Not only thecolourbuttheshape is simply amazing.
Next week I'll upload a pretty simmilar jug by Still (but rounded in shape).

I'm taking the picture this evening, as soon as I get home from work... I guess you'll see it tomorrow :)
Thanks BELLIN! It's one of my favourite jugs :)
Mmm... I'm afraid the picture's a bit dark... It's sort of a dark petrol blue... does it makes ny sense?
:) I'll have to repeat the picture, after all I'm taking them for my own website: they should be... crystal clear! haha
amazing object ( goes on my search list )
