this is the first one i've come across like this it looks like coin flip in collar and stamped reverse on obverse and obverse stamped on reverse if any one can tell me if they have seen could used all the info i can get to see what my next step is i go thru about 5000 cents a week in 6 years is my first one if wanted can email me with expert info on this coin srcuffy59@yahoo.com
