      He is wearing a Fraternal uniform. Knights of Pythias, etc...

      Most Kof C swords would have the Columbus head, so probably not them.

      I am not sure which specific organization.

      This is the uniform of a knights templar.A masonic organization.Look up commanderys,or knights templar.
